Join Steph in this 5 day meditation immersion! You’ll learn energizing and powerful breath practices to illuminate and shine brightness into your life. Through breath work, you’ll bring your mind into focus, silence the inner chatter and direct your life force energy towards what it is you are creating or inviting into your life during this new shift and season.
What to expect:
Daily 35-40 minute morning meditation practices. Can’t join the live classes? That’s ok! Every class is recorded for you to do at your convenience.
Powerful and purposeful movements and breath practices. Beginners are welcome!
Chanting and mantra repetition.
Guided and non-guided meditation.
A daily journaling and self inquiring activity.
Short lessons explaining the purpose of movements, breath, mantra and meditation.
Pre-recorded short videos for the week in preparation for breath practices and mantra taught in this immersion.
