This is an invitation to begin living in a way that supports your nervous system, your hormones, and your most authentic Self.
Midlife asks something new of us. It’s a season where rest becomes non-negotiable - where what we eat, how we move, and how we recover matters more than how much we do.
During this morning retreat, you’ll learn what it truly means to live in partnership with your body - not pushing against it, but nourishing it through:
Deep, intentional rest with Yoga Nidra.
HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) education and clarity.
Herbs that support the nervous system.
Movement and weight training that build strength and confidence from the inside out.
Remembering who you are - and rekindling your creativity and vitality.
It’s a morning to pause and ask yourself:
“What would my life feel like if I actually supported the systems that support me?”
You’ll leave with simple practices, gentle mindset shifts, and a renewed sense of trust in your body’s wisdom - so you can live, lead, and love from a grounded, nourished place.

Optional Topanga Canyon Hike
9:30 – 10:30 AM
A gentle, grounding hike through nature to begin the day connected to your body..
Workshop + Yoga Nidra
11 AM – 1 PM
A restorative gathering blending learning, discussion, and deep rest.
Enjoy light, nourishing food and connection with other women navigating this same chapter.
