Grounded and Grateful // 5 Day Morning Meditation Immersion w/Steph!


7:30am-8:05am PST Live on Zoom

Join Steph in this 5 day intensive where we’ll dive deep into breath practices that ground and focus the mind, generate sustainable energy and shift your perspective in life to one that is more rooted in gratitude and receiving the gifts of life! 

What to expect:

  • Daily morning meditation practices from 7:30-8:05am PST.  There will be 5-10 minutes of movement/yoga to stretch and open the physical body, 7-10 minutes of breath practices to focus the mind and 10 minutes of guided and non-guided meditation.  

  • 1 pre-recorded short video for the week to practice at your own convenience and in preparation of this immersion.     

  • A daily email with a Journaling // Self inquiry activity and the inspirational quote of the day :) 

  • Unlimited support by Steph and plenty of opportunity for Q & A. 

  • All classes will be recorded should you need to miss a session.
