Sacred Space - A Mother’s Retreat - Join me for 6 Weeks of wellness and retreating in the comfort and sacred space of your home! This retreat is perfect for all the Mamas out there navigating this very unfamiliar and unprecedented time.
This 6 week wholeness immersion will provide you with:
2 virtual live yoga classes a week: 1 sweaty soulful Vinyasa Flow (all levels welcome - there will be plenty of modifications) and 1 themed class either gentle, restorative or kundalini. If you’re not able to attend the live classes in the week, all classes are recorded and available to practice at your convenience.
1 workshop each week led by Steph or special guest teachers (these workshops will also be recorded).
1 pre-recorded short video per week to practice daily and at your convenience. (Practicing these videos daily is recommended for optimal and effective results).
1 Journaling // Self inquiry activity.
Unlimited support by Steph and plenty of opportunity for Q & A.

What to expect:
A few days prior to the start of Sacred Space retreat, you will receive an e-manual that will serve as a guide for this program.
Here’s a rough draft of the schedule:
Monday 12pm themed yoga class (1 hour).
Friday 2pm Workshop (1 hour).
Saturday morning 9am sweaty soulful Vinyasa Flow all levels for 70 minutes (expect to do a physical practice for 60 minutes, meditate, journal and ask questions for the remaining part of class).
What you will need:
A yoga mat and props! Please make sure to have 2 foam blocks which can be purchased online via Amazon, Target, Lululemon or Manduka.
Bring a pen, journal or paper to each session for note taking or journaling.
A space to practice yoga.
Candles, incense, an inspiring quote or a picture that brings you joy to invite the sacred into your space.
Water to stay hydrated.
Nourishing food - eat a well balanced, high energy based selection of food.
