New Year Nervous System Reset: Being Intentional in 2023 // Group Yoga + Coaching with Steph Crochet


Join Steph in resetting your nervous system for the new year! This new course is all about living intentionally in 2023 - the choices you make affect the life you’re creating for yourself. Are your choices influenced by your past Self? Are you repeating patterns that are no longer serving you? In this course, Steph will teach you ways to engage with your Present Self so that the choices you make in life are coming from the right intentions and in alignment with how you want to live.

In this course you will learn the simplest techniques to bring the nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest. Consider it a refuge for your whole being as it is a preventative approach to mental exhaustion, energetic depletion and emotional overwhelm.  It is from this place that you can make choices in life that best serve you!

This yoga course is to nurture and nourish the nervous system of all those who are:

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted and depleted energetically

  • Experiencing busy-ness of the mind/rapid thoughts and a lack of focus

  • Anticipating the future or constantly in ‘planning mind’

  • Needing more rest and relaxation in their life

  • Anxious or depressed

Steph’s approach is kind, simple and nurturing.  Her mission is to teach all those she works with how to experience their own inner authenticity and radiance.  

This course includes:

  • A weekly, 60 minute Zoom gentle flow and restorative practice centered around nurturing and nourishing your nervous system.  This includes movement, breathwork, guided relaxation practice and journaling/writing.

  • A weekly inquiry and share with the group.  These inquiries and shares are to help individuals become aware of habits and behaviors that are depleting the nervous system.  They also serve as a form of healing by helping you set clear boundaries around your personal needs

  • A set of tools proven to recharge and regulate the nervous system which help you live more harmoniously and in connection with your center

  • Audio recordings of guided meditation and relaxation practices 

  • One 1:1 check-in call with Steph to go over your personal intentions for 2023

  • Unconditional support and love from Steph

We meet live on the following Wednesdays 1/18, 1/25, 2/8 and 2/15 (please note, there is no class on 2/1 as Steph is traveling). Sessions begin at 12pm PST / 1pm MST

All live Zoom classes are recorded should you need to miss a session. 

Please note that there's a 5 to 20 minute homework assignment each day (you decide how much time you have each day to reset your nervous system). This course is non-refundable once payment has been made.
