Why I built this

I went back to teaching six weeks
after having my daughter.

I didn't want to. But disappointing people felt worse than abandoning myself. So I went.

That trade-off — other people's comfort over my own body's truth — I made it on repeat for years. I just had fancier names for it. Dedicated. Reliable. Professional.

We are the most dysregulated version of ourselves when we have lost ourselves along the way.

Doing less taught me what I actually wanted to do. Proving myself less gave me permission to show up as the most imperfect, authentic version of myself. Slowing down created the space to finally listen to my body — and the permission to respond more truthfully and make better choices.

That's what I want for you.

I couldn't find a space that offered this, so I built it. Not just for me — for every woman who is doing so much and feeling so little of herself in it.

One session a month. The same small group. A place that holds you, so you can hold everything else without losing yourself.

    Monthly Group Coaching Call

    One 75-minute call every third Wednesday at 11am PT. Nervous system reset, teaching, open coaching, and Yoga Nidra. Same group, same time, every month. That consistency becomes its own medicine.

    Monday through Friday, 8am–3pm PT. You don't have to wait a month to get support. Bring the moment you're in — the hard conversation, the decision you're sitting with, the day that's gotten away from you. I'm here.

I'm really busy. Can I actually commit to this?
One 75-minute session a month. That's the ask. You don't have to overhaul your life — you just have to show up once a month, consistently. Most women find that's exactly why this works: it fits inside their real life rather than demanding a new one.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and available for replay. Life happens — missing one session won't set you back. The group holds you even when you're not there.
I've done programs before that didn't stick. Why is this different?
Most programs end. This doesn't — not for 10 months. The consistency is the point. You're not trying to transform overnight; you're building something real, slowly, in community. That's what actually sticks.
What does the group look like?
A small group of women who are holding a lot — leading, working, parenting, building something, navigating real life. This is an application-based space, so the group is intentionally curated. You'll feel held, not anonymous.
Do I need experience with yoga or nervous system work?
None at all. You just need to show up. Everything is guided and accessible, whatever your background. The only requirement is that you're ready to take up a little space for yourself.
How do I know if this is right for me?
