Stephanie Crochet

Stephanie Crochet  is a Nervous System and Yoga Coach dedicated to helping busy women - moms, entrepreneurs, and high-achievers retrain and regulate their nervous systems! 

 With over a decade of experience as a yoga teacher and retreat leader, she’s dedicated to pioneering holistic and preventative tools that empower women to live vibrant and thriving lives!

Her work is rooted in the belief that when the nervous system is regulated, we can show up powerfully present in every aspect of life - yes even after a busy day at work you can be effortlessly present with your loved ones!

Steph lives her yoga off the mat and when she’s not coaching clients or leading retreats, she loves to be in nature, traveling and playing in the world with her husband and daughter.

Tasha Rose

Tasha is a lifelong plant lover, trained herbalist, mother of 2, and founder of Tasha Rose, an organic herbal supplement company for kids and adults. She's on a mission to empower and educate you so that YOU are prepared when the inevitable sniffles or stress of daily life show up.

With roots in Western Herbalism and Plant Spirit Medicine, plus Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tasha works mainly with nourishing herbs and adaptogens because these powerful allies support the foundation for vibrant health. She has experienced firsthand the potent generosity and magic of the plant world and she's passionate about sharing this wisdom to inspire a vibrant healthy you!

Laura Conley

Laura Conley is the founder of the Yummy Mummy Method (which has successfully helped hundreds of women lose weight for the last time!) and has been lovingly labeled the “Fun Weight Loss Coach” by her clients. Laura helps mamas who have been painfully struggling with diet drama to lose weight for the last time and free themselves from food chatter forever - all from a place of love. She is on a major mission to do this so that her clients can pass down a beautiful legacy to their children and live the life they have always dreamed of. She does this through her unique and proven method that helps her clients on balancing their hunger hormones, rewiring their brains, feeling emotions, providing loving accountability and becoming their own bestie.

Rachel Frankenthal

Rachel Frankenthal is a board-certified and licensed Physician Associate and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with a Masters in Public Health. She specializes in gynecologic oncology, treating women with gynecologic cancers as well as women at high risk for uterine or ovarian cancer due to genetic mutations.  Rachel has a special passion for menopause and midlife women's healthcare.  She developed the menopause clinic for cancer survivors at UCLA and has played an integral role in developing the gyn cancer survivorship program.  In addition to being a medical practitioner, Rachel is also a certified yoga and pilates instructor and an advocate for integrative, holistic health.
