Hi. I’m Steph.

With over 10 years of experience as a yoga teacher and retreat leader, I am dedicated to pioneering holistic and preventative tools that empower women to live vibrant and thriving lives!

Unlike other coaches, my goal is not to add one more thing to your to-do list but to shine light in the areas of your life that are causing dysregulation.  Healing the  nervous system is about slowing down, taking a pause and doing less.  It’s not possible to heal on the go! 

I use different strategies rooted in yoga that help relax and restore your body on a cellular level while also supporting the new neural pathways that we’re creating in your brain! 

I practice what I preach and live my yoga off the mat! Everything that I share with you I’ve personally experienced and live a life I love!
